Without royal jelly all female bees would emerge as worker bees. This special diet allows the queen bee to grow 40 to 60 percent larger than the other females and outlive them by years. At peak brood rearing times the queen can lay up to 2,000 eggs per day or 3 times her own body weight.

Recommended dosage: as a dietary supplement: (Pay attention to your body and adjust accordingly!)
Fresh Royal Jelly: Take about 1/4 teaspoon twice per day, once before breakfast and once before dinner on an empty stomache if possible. Can be taken with honey, orange juice or blended into a smoothie. Do not heat.
Royal Honey: Take approximately 1 teaspoon twice per day. Can be taken from the spoon, on toast or crackers or blended into a cool or luke warm drink. Do not heat.
Capsules: Take one to three 500 mg. capsules daily as required; one or two in the morning preferably before breakfast and another before dinner if you feel your evening may benefit.
