The Hibernation Diet
Eat Honey Before Bed
On January 1st 2006 a book was published by Souvenir Press (London), called “The Hibernation Diet” authored by Mike and Stuart McInnes.
The book advocates taking honey before bed for fuelling the liver to optimize fat burning during sleep, and is already causing unprecedented levels of interest from the media. The science behind this diet has been used extensively in sports nutrition, is sound and has been confirmed by numerous health practitioners and medical doctors.
The book arose out of the authors` work in sports nutrition, where they have been advising athletes for some years to take honey prior to bed to optimize recovery.
Honey, which contains natural fructose, is ideal for this purpose because fructose is required for our brain to access the vital fuel from our liver. This is the only way that the brain can take it in.
The authors can testify that, not only does the diet work, but the public love the strategy and tune in immediately and enthusiastically, whenever the theory is explained to them.
Simply, if the liver is fuelled prior to bed, recovery hormones are released to do repair, regeneration and construction of new tissue. These hormones are exclusively fat burning hormones.

Hive Healer Honey

Our Planet Bee Hive Healer Honey is the combination of all four bee products. Scientists say that bee products are synergistic, more powerful when combined together than they are individually.

The hive healer honey is a great way to get the benefit of all bee products from one. It has been reported exceptionally beneficial for persons with respiratory conditions such as bronchitis, asthma (although there is a warning precaution for asthmatics) hay fever and allergies.
